Cancellation Policy
Client Consent & Waiver Before proceeding with your session, please read the following carefully. By checking the box on the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the following: I am a female client, at least 18 years of age, voluntarily seeking massage services for personal relaxation, sensual bodywork, and wellness. I understand that all services provided by Massage by L are non-medical and strictly for relaxation and sensual wellness purposes. I agree to respect all personal and professional boundaries during my session. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination without refund. I understand that I may stop the session at any time, and the therapist may also end the session at their discretion if necessary. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities, and understand I am responsible for updating this information before future sessions. I understand this is a professional in-home setting, and I will conduct myself respectfully at all times. I accept that no refunds are given once a session begins, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. I release Massage by L and its owner, Louis Armstrong, from any liability for injuries or adverse effects related to this massage.
